In-Person Appointments


• Dates: February 3, 2025 – April 5, 2025

• Availability: Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Key Benefit: Tax returns completed on the day of your appointment.

• Required Documentation: Bring all necessary documents, including a valid driver’s license or personal ID. Missing information will delay processing.

• Investment Income: Schedule appointments after February 25, 2025, to ensure tax documents are received.


Submission (In-State)


1. Drop-Off: Secure black drop box at the end of the ramp (marked with a red “Drop Box” sign). No advance notice required.

2. Upload: Submit securely via the "Send Us A File" link at www.blatax.com.

3. Mail: Use a tracked service (e.g., USPS Priority). Avoid sending original documents.

4. March 15, 2025: Submit documents by this date for guaranteed processing by April 15, 2025.

5. Investment Income: Submit documents after February 25, 2025, to ensure tax documents are received.

6. You will receive confirmation once your documents are added to the processing queue.

7. Returns are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Missing information delays processing.

1. Upload: Submit securely via the "Send Us A File" link at www.blatax.com.

2. Mail: Use a tracked service. Submit copies, not originals, to avoid loss in transit.

3. March 15, 2025: Submit documents by this date for guaranteed processing by April 15, 2025.

4. Investment Income: Submit documents after February 25, 2025, to ensure tax documents are received.

5. You’ll receive a confirmation text once your documents are added to the processing queue.

6. Returns are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Missing information delays processing.
